We are looking to hire an enthusiastic and driven Sales Representative/Administrator help prospect within existing accounts, target accounts and new locations for bioprocess accounts for the Director of Corporate Accounts to help drive sales. The position requires a dynamic, self-driven, confident team member who is responsible for the general administrative support, prospecting using LinkedIn Navigator, scheduling meetings and Lunch & Learns for sales of bioprocess, research and laboratory products and Single-Use services specific to life science within a defined account base serving customers engaged in academic, pharmaceutical, biomedical, and other fields of research and development

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

- Maintains effective customer relations, develops opportunities for growth within an existing customer base, and assures market penetration and profitability while achieving sales metrics and administrative tasks.
- Maintain an accurate record of all leads, activity in customers’ accounts, meetings Dynamics Sales 365 CRM.
- Alerting existing customers of new products, promotions, special events and product enhancements that may be of interest.
- Help to ensure customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and resolve any issues that may arise post-sale.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to expand brand presence through marketing materials.
- Work independently while also leveraging available resources to meet customer needs.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Excellent sales prospecting and meeting scheduling skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.

SUPPLEMENTAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

- Performs additional duties as directed.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

- Preferred High School education or equivalent.
- Preferred bachelor’s degree in marketing, Sales, Business, or related field OR
- Minimum 1-2-year experience in inside sales or sales administration.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
