**Our Training Policy**:

- ** Structured Training Program**: Depending on the role, your training period will last 3 to 6 months. This phase focuses on equipping you with essential skills through practical tasks and live trials.
- ** Performance-Based Opportunities**: Upon successful completion of the training and meeting performance benchmarks, you will be offered a full-time position with us.

- Weekly tests and presentations to refine your skills.
- 12 detailed reviews and feedback sessions each week to identify improvement areas and ensure consistent progress.

**Exposure to International Standards**: Work on projects adhering to global industry practices, ensuring a solid foundation for your IT career.

**Expectations from Trainees**:

- A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Availability and commitment to achieving advanced proficiency during the training.
- Dedication to completing an **18-month Employment Agreement**after training.

**Probationary Period**:

- Your journey starts with a 7-day probation, where we assess your ability to quickly grasp basic IT tasks and concepts.
- If your performance meets expectations, you’ll advance to the training phase. If not, we’ll part ways respectfully to save both time and effort.
