**Salary**: 10,000 - 15,000

Experience: Freshers or 6 months training in hospitality

Education: High school diploma or equivalent; pursuing or completed a degree in hospitality management.

Skills required:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn new skills.
- Basic computer literacy.

Profile Introduction:
We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Hotel Industry Trainees. This position offers an excellent opportunity for those interested in gaining hands-on experience and insight into the operations of the hospitality industry, particularly within the hotel sector.

Profile Responsibilities:

- Front Desk Operations: Assist in welcoming guests, checking them in/out, handling inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service.
- Housekeeping Support: Learn the basics of housekeeping operations, including room cleaning procedures, laundry handling, and maintaining cleanliness standards.
- Food and Beverage Service: Gain exposure to restaurant and banquet operations, including serving guests, taking orders, and assisting with event setups.
- Concierge Services: Assist guests with information about local attractions, transportation options, and other concierge-related services.
- Sales and Marketing Support: Assist in promotional activities, social media management, and other marketing initiatives to attract guests and drive business.
- Facility Maintenance: Learn basic maintenance tasks and assist in ensuring that all areas of the hotel are well-maintained and in good working condition.
- Compliance and Safety: Adhere to all safety protocols, health regulations, and hotel policies to ensure the safety and well-being of guests and staff.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
