As a CPRM Trainee, your role involves conducting CP App demonstrations for qualified leads as per company SOPs, onboarding new Channel Partners (CPs) assigned to you, and ensuring their onboarding is completed within the set goals and deadlines using ERP or company-specified tools. You will be responsible for converting leads into active CPs and participating in weekly MIS meetings with the Cluster Manager to report progress and updates. This role requires strong communication skills, a collaborative attitude, a willingness to learn, punctuality, honesty, and reliability. Your performance will be measured through key KPIs such as lead conversion and timely completion of onboarding goals within your designated cluster region.
