Field Sales Executive

**Role description**
This is a full time on site role for a sales manager at bhaigari estates pvt ltd.. The sales manager will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing a sales team, cultivating relationship with clients and achieving sales target.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Understand client needs and provide solutions by offering appropriate property options.
- Promote and sell residential, commercial, or industrial properties.
- Conduct site visits, property tours, and explain features, pricing, and benefits to clients.
- Negotiate terms and close deals effectively.
- Stay updated on real estate market trends, property values, and competitive activities.
- Provide feedback on market conditions to the management team.
- Suggest adjustments to sales strategies based on market trends.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, referrals, and other sources.
- Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and local regulations.
- Work closely with marketing, finance, and legal teams to facilitate smooth transactions.
- Contribute ideas for promotional campaigns and sales strategies.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience (1to 3 years) as a Sales Executive in the real estate industry.
- Strong knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and market trends.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage a team and drive sales performance.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
