1. Project Executive

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in day-to-day project coordination and execution.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and consultants.
- Support site inspections, reporting, and documentation.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and compliance requirements.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent.
- 1-3 years of experience in project execution (commercial interiors preferred).
- Strong coordination, MS Office, and documentation skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites.

2. Senior Executive - Projects

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage medium-scale projects independently with mínimal supervision.
- Handle vendor management, procurement, BOQ preparation, and site supervision.
- Track project schedules, budgets, and ensure timely delivery.
- Liaise with clients for requirement gathering and approvals.
- Support Project Manager in planning and execution.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Architecture/Interior Design.
- 3-5 years of experience in project management/execution.
- Good knowledge of materials, finishes, and construction standards.
- Strong leadership and multitasking abilities.

3. Project Manager

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple office fit-out and interior projects.
- Prepare and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Manage stakeholders - clients, consultants, contractors, vendors.
- Ensure compliance with design standards, safety, and quality benchmarks.
- Conduct regular review meetings and provide progress reports.
- Drive cost optimization and process improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- 6+ years of experience in managing large-scale commercial interiors/projects.
- Strong project management, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

4. MEP Designer

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) design drawings and layouts.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, and site teams for integration.
- Review MEP designs for feasibility, cost, and compliance.
- Support project execution teams during installation and commissioning.
- Ensure adherence to safety and energy efficiency standards.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
- 3-6 years of experience in MEP design (commercial projects preferred).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD/Revit and MEP design tools.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire-fighting systems.
