Solar Project In-Charge is responsible for managing solar power projects from start to finish. This includes planning, checking the site, supervising installation work, ensuring safety, and making sure the project is complete

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning:
  • Visit the site and check if it's suitable for solar installation.
  • Help plan the project timeline and make sure all materials are ready.
  • Site Supervision:
  • Oversee the work at the site and guide the team (engineers, technicians, and workers).
  • Make sure the solar system is installed correctly and safely.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor cross-functional project teams, assign tasks, set goals, and foster collaboration.
  • Risk & Quality Management: Identify and mitigate project risks, resolve issues as they arise, and ensure high standards of quality and safety are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Maintain project documentation, create MIS reports, and keep senior management and stakeholders informed of project status.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18, ₹25,000.00 per month
