Commitment to operations excellence
Do you have technical knowledge when it comes to maintaining a facility? We always welcome people who can carry our torch for superior quality service.
In this role, you’ll be our go-to guy when it comes to managing our site’s daily operations and technical issues, providing effective solutions whenever difficulties arise. You’ll also make sure that all essential site activities—including the maintenance of electrical, mechanical, fire protection systems and equipment—are performed in a safe and efficient manner; complying with policies and requirements set out by the government, our client and our own management teams.
You should run the course with an agile process and tech development. This means daily stand-ups, buildup management, and rapid decision making with diverse approaches. You will assist to design, develop and construct various technical projects from conception through to completion. You will be supporting the new business prospecting and pipeline, research, analytics.
Tech Savvy

Being Analytical and Meticulous
You have excellent listening and analytical skills, possessing the ability to understand the needs and then deliver solutions that users describe as “making their job easier”. You are highly organized and can convert strategy into action and is somebody who is known for getting things done. You are detailed, readily embraces changes and has effective time management and prioritization of tasks.

Well Qualified
A strong background in troubleshooting processes is a big plus.
You would require proper knowledge in following areas
- Initiative-taking
Do you operate with a sense of urgency? You’ll need a high EQ, be highly responsive and have a solution orientated mind-set. You can effectively juggle priorities to meet timeframes and deadlines set by the business. In this role we want someone who is naturally decisive and prepared to take risks
A technical hand on expert

**Your key deliverables will be**:
Providing help and advice to end user
Communicating courteously with site team on technology implementation
Investigating and solving end users’ problems on tech support
Handling client complaints or any support or technical issues.
Imparting trainings on technology implemented to all type of end users
Tracking current implementation status and update for any pendency
Testing on new modules & deployment
Process mapping
Ensure IT security and risk assessment of the modern technology vendors
Track, analyse and monitor technology implementation performance metrics
