**Location**: Jejuri, Pune

**Job Summary**:
The Store IN charge is responsible for managing and overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse/store, ensuring the accurate and efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials, components, and finished products related to poultry equipment manufacturing. This role requires strict adherence to inventory management practices, safety standards, and timely reporting.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Inventory Management**:

- Maintain accurate inventory records using the company’s inventory management system.
- Regularly conduct physical stock checks and reconcile with system records.
- Monitor stock levels of raw materials, components, and finished goods to ensure timely replenishment.
- Implement and maintain an organized storage system to optimize space and improve accessibility.
- **Material Handling**:

- Oversee the receipt and inspection of incoming materials for quality and quantity.
- Ensure proper storage and labeling of materials to avoid damage and ensure easy identification.
- Coordinate the safe and timely loading and unloading of materials and finished products.
- **Order Fulfillment**:

- Prepare and dispatch orders as per production schedules and customer requirements.
- Ensure the accuracy of dispatched goods against orders and maintain proper documentation.
- Liaise with production and logistics teams to coordinate timely deliveries.
- **Safety and Compliance**:

- Ensure the warehouse/store complies with safety regulations and company policies.
- Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify and mitigate risks.
- Implement and enforce proper handling, storage, and disposal procedures for hazardous materials, if applicable.
