Job Title: Store Incharge

**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Utilize computer knowledge to maintain accurate inventory records, track shipments, and manage stock levels efficiently.
- Oversee packing and dispatch operations to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of orders.
- Handle SHIM projects effectively, including inventory optimization, demand forecasting, and supply chain coordination.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to manage incoming shipments and resolve any discrepancies in deliveries.
- Implement inventory control measures to minimize losses and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Train and supervise store staff to maintain high standards of performance and customer service.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and logistics, to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.
- Conduct regular audits to assess inventory accuracy and identify areas for improvement.
- Communicate effectively with team members, management, and external stakeholders to relay important information and address concerns promptly.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in store management to implement innovative solutions and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a store management or similar role.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including inventory management software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle diverse responsibilities effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with team members and stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of SHIM principles and practices is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field is advantageous.
