Job Description:
Position Overview: As a Sales Executive for our IT Training Institute, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by identifying and converting potential clients into satisfied students. You will be responsible for selling our IT training programs and services to individuals, businesses, and organizations, ensuring that our courses meet the needs of the market. This position requires excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of IT training, and a passion for helping others succeed in their careers.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Prospect and Generate Leads:

- Research and identify potential clients and businesses in need of IT training.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through networking, cold calling, and online research.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to connect with potential customers.

2. Consultative Selling:

- Understand the specific training needs and challenges of each client.
- Conduct needs assessments and provide tailored training solutions to meet client objectives.
- Explain the benefits and features of our IT training programs clearly and persuasively.

3. Client Relationship Management:

- Cultivate and nurture long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly.
- Follow up with clients after training to ensure their satisfaction and gather testimonials.

4. Sales Target Achievement:

- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.

5. Product Knowledge:

- Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends, technologies, and certifications.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our training programs and services.

6. Collaboration:

- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute sales campaigns.
- Collaborate with trainers and instructors to ensure that client expectations are met.

7. Feedback and Improvement:

- Collect and communicate client feedback to improve course offerings and delivery.
- Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement within the sales department.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing (preferred).
- Proven track record in sales, with at least 2 years of experience (IT industry experience a plus).
- Strong understanding of IT training programs and certifications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Willingness to travel and attend industry events as needed.
- Self-motivated and results-driven.

**Salary**: From ₹20,000.00 per month

Day range:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
