We are looking for enthusiastic and self-driven **fresh graduates** to join our team as **Trainee - Inside Sales**. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about building a career in sales and is eager to learn how to connect with customers, understand their needs, and introduce them to our products/services.

No prior sales experience is needed - we will provide full training and guidance to help you succeed.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Learn and understand our products and services thoroughly.
- Share information about our offerings and answer basic customer queries.
- Assist in generating leads and setting up meetings for senior team members.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and leads using CRM tools (training will be provided).
- Work closely with the sales team to support outreach campaigns.

**Who Can Apply**:

- Fresh graduates (any stream) - BBA, B.Com, B.Sc, BA, B.Tech, or equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
- Interest in sales, marketing, or customer-facing roles.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a target-driven environment.
