**Roles & Responsibilities**

**CRM Development & Maintenance**

Implement CRM best-practices for our CRM Data, Automations, Flows and Documentation

Create a CRM environment that is clear, concise and easy to use

Work closely with the Chief Operating Officer and wider Operations Team to ensure that CRM processes are aligned with the other departmental processes

Assist Management is creating and maintaining CRM-related report packs and analytical functions

Become to sole point of contact and go-to resource for all CRM-related queries

**Platform Integrations**

Ensure that the CRM and other Sales & Marketing Platforms/Tools are integrated with each other efficiently, and that data flows seamlessly between them

Resolve any data sync issues as they arise, and become the sole point of contact for Data queries, both within and outside the Operations Team

**CRM Data Management**

Create and Manage Data Validation processes within the CRM to maintain data accuracy and integrity

Roll out Mass Data Manipulation Projects and Bulk Data Updates as and when they are required, with great attention to detail

**Technical Training**

Assist the wider Operations Team in creating technical guides for CRM and Platform processes

Create “internal” technical specifications and guides for the CRM and Platforms to ensure effective knowledge retention within the Operations Team

**Desirable Experience**

5-8 years of proven experience in operations, IT or a similar technical-focussed role within the technology and/or information security industries.

Bachelor's degree - ideally in Business, or another analytical field

Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Experience with CRM and automation platforms (Hubspot, Salesforce, Outreach, or other similar platforms)

Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights

A team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a cross-functional, multi-cultural team

**Salary**: Up to ₹75,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- CRM software: 5 years (preferred)
