**Receptionist:*or Front Office Executive**
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees
- Provide administrative support, such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and maintaining records
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier services
- Perform other administrative tasks as required
**Front Office Executive**:
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues**
**- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and events**
**- Maintain accurate records, files, and databases**
- **Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and reporting, Stationery, Travel arrangement for Domestic and International, Hotel Booking ,**

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and Pleasing Personality
- Should have Patience & Hospitality Nature
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of office software
- Any Graduate with **4 + Years Experience**
Work Location **:Kompally, Hyderabad**
Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
