**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Student Counseling**:_
- Provide in-depth counseling to students who are interested in pursuing higher education in Germany.
- Understand the student’s academic background, preferences, and goals, and recommend suitable courses, universities, and study programs.
- Explain admission processes, documentation requirements, visa procedures, and the overall study-abroad process.
- **Sales and Lead Conversion**:_
- Take leads from the 1st Level Counselors and convert them into successful enrollments by effectively communicating the value of our services.
- Pitch the consultancy services, including admissions, visa assistance, pre-arrival, and post-arrival support to prospective students.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
- **Follow-up & Relationship Management**:_
- Regularly follow up with students to answer queries, provide updates, and keep them engaged in the process.
- Maintain strong relationships with students and their families, ensuring a smooth counseling experience.
- **Document Verification & Guidance**:_
- Review and verify student documentation to ensure compliance with university and visa requirements.
- **Market Research & Trends**:_
- Stay updated on current education trends, university programs, scholarships, and other opportunities in Germany to provide the latest and most accurate advice to students.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for student engagement and enrollment.
- **Reporting**:_
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and updates using the company’s CRM system.
- Provide regular reports on student enrollment and sales progress to management.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Education**_: _
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferably in counseling, education, or business-related fields).
- **Experience**_:_
- 2+ years of experience in counseling, sales, or student recruitment in the education sector.
- Prior experience in an overseas education consultancy is a plus.
- **Skills**_:_
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Sales-driven mindset with proven success in meeting and exceeding targets.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
