At STAN VENTURES, we rely on a meticulous financial system to drive business forward. Our accounts receivable department keeps that system running smoothly by managing cash influx and collecting payment from clients. We’re searching for a skilled financial specialist to join our accounts receivable team to help process, track, and record payments in an accurate, efficient, and timely manner. The accounts receivable specialist will have both a day-to-day and ongoing impact on financial transactions, keeping us on track, on time, and on good terms with our valued partners.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Nature of work includes, but not limited to: Customer Billing, Sales, Reconciliation, Customer Application for invoices, etc.
- Prepares reports, journals, schedules and supporting documents to be shared to team leader for review.
- Maintain accounts receivable records to ensure aging is up to date, credits and collections are applied, uncollectible amounts are accounted for, and miscellaneous differences are cleared.
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders to gather the supporting documents and data necessary to prepare reconciliations and financial reports.
- Support Month-end close activities depending on the sub-process to be handled.
- Prepare Balance Sheet Reconciliation for Accounts Receivable accounts.
- Update desktop procedures and SOPs for processes handled, ensures administrative requirements to do the day-to-day activities are updated.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

- Strong communication and Interpersonal skills
- Understanding of basic principles of finance, accounting, and bookkeeping.
- Should have knowledge on TDS, GST filing and E-invoicing.
- Proficiency with commonly used accounting ERP Systems such as Tally/Oracle NetSuite/SAP.

PREFERRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Accounting or Finance Graduate required
- At least 1-2 years’ work experience in AR (OTC) /RTR/General Ledger.

Pay: ₹380,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
