We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our finance team as a Finance and Accounts Executive. This position is integral to ensuring the financial integrity and efficiency of our hospital operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage day-to-day accounting tasks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and budgets to monitor and analyze financial performance.
- Conduct monthly reconciliations of bank statements, accounts, and transactions.
- Assist in the preparation of annual financial statements and audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with department heads and management to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
- Monitor cash flow, manage working capital, and forecast financial trends to optimize financial resources.
- Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Stay updated on accounting standards and regulations to ensure compliance and best practices.
- Provide support for special projects and initiatives as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in finance and accounting, preferably in a hospital or healthcare environment.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and reporting.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- CPA or other relevant certifications preferred.
