**How would we describe the job?**:
As part of the Revenue team, you will directly contribute towards the scale-up journey of the company. You will design and handle the core work streams in the revenue team, along with working on strategic initiatives that will multiply the pace of growth.
As part of your day, you will coordinate with several stakeholders & solve multi-dimensional problems. You shall have significant autonomy and freedom of ideation & execution for your scope.

**What will you do?**:
The 3 core parts of this role are: Analytics, Strategy & Operations Let’s break down each of these
- Analytics
You will co-lead analytics efforts for the revenue team
- Sales analytics - You will evaluate lead quality and sales team’s performance
- Marketing analytics - You will segments users for campaigns and evaluate performance and direct marketing campaigns
- Product analytics - You will identify major areas of drop-offs and help customise user journeys
- Operations
You will co-lead operations for the revenue team
- Lead lifecycle management - You will help score, allocate and prioritise leads, ensure follow-ups and closure
- Direct marketing operations - You will help create custom campaigns, templates and ensure timely execution
- Strategy
You will be a thought partner to the revenue lead
- Strategic initiatives - You will ideate and execute new initiatives that bolster revenue
- Process design - You will work closely with growth and product teams to design processes, spot inefficiencies in existing processes and suggest ways to plug them

**What are we looking for?**:
- You have ~2-3 years (or more) of experience
- You are interested in tech-startups and are excited about a high growth environment
- You are a first principles thinker
- You can break down complex problems into smaller parts and scope the problem comprehensively before designing solutions
- You have a can-do attitude and a drive to get things done
- You are metric and result oriented
- You are fast-learner and can navigate the leader and follower roles with equal ease
- You have a high level of ownership and can identify gaps and opportunities proactively

**What are some skills this role requires?**:
- Must-have: You have great communication, reporting and presentation skills
- Strongly-suggest: You are proficient with tools - Excel (Advanced) and SQL (Basic)
