Focused on comfort, consistency, and value, it caters to modern travelers seeking premium yet affordable stays while maintaining excellence in operations and revenue management.Role SummaryThe Revenue Manager - Central will lead the revenue strategy for multiple Z Hotels across India. This role will own pricing, forecasting, and distribution—working closely with sales, marketing, and property teams to optimize occupancy, ADR, and total revenue.Key Responsibilities● Lead revenue and pricing strategy across multiple Z Hotels.● Develop data-driven models to optimize occupancy and ADR.● Manage OTA partnerships and ensure rate parity across channels.● Drive direct bookings through brand website and corporate channels.● Forecast revenues accurately and publish key performance dashboards.● Align pricing and inventory decisions with cross-functional teams.● Identify opportunities to reduce OTA dependency and improve channel mix.Experience:● 6–10 years in Revenue Management; 2–3 years in multi-property or centralized setups.● Experience managing 3–5 hotels; exposure to chains likeLemon Tree, Sarovar, Treebo, or OYO preferred.Education:● Bachelor’s in Business, Commerce, Hotel Management, or Economics.● IIHM / Hotel Management background preferred; MBA is a plus.Skills & Traits● Strong analytical and pricing skills with hands-on experience in RateGain, TravelClick, STAAH, or similar tools.● Excellent understanding of OTA dynamics and RMS systems.● Proactive, data-driven, and detail-oriented.● Effective communicator and cross-team collaborator.Why Join Hotel ZBe part of the first-ever central revenue team at Z Hotels — a high-impact role shaping the brand’s pricing and revenue framework nationwide.Grow alongside leadership visibility, strategic influence, and a clear path to AVP – Revenue / National Head of Revenue.
