Attend leads from all venues, read briefing make the first call to client
- Confirming the first briefing and plan and book a first meeting with the client
- Explain all the profile, presentation and understand clients requirements
- Present thematic presentation to the client as per the mood board
- Ideation and preparation as per the client required
- Developing the customized presentation for the client
- Making quotation for the client in coordination with the HOD
- Finalizing the budget theme and other client requirements
- Post submission of the quotation follow up with the closing of client
- Do sourcing for artist and provide quotation for the same
- Negotiating with the artist
- Takes care of from planning to execution of artist part (needs to be delegated to other product manager)
- Delegate the project to respect head and keep clear communication of requirement
- Take feedback from the client after the project
- Budget planning of all department as and when needed
- Involved in event planning and planning the target cost for the same
- Continuous follow up on event is executing as per the plan
- Maintaining good relationship with stake holders
- Reporting to top management
- Any other work given by top management.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Experience**:

- Sales: 2 years (preferred)
- event management: 2 years (required)
