**Job Role : Tele Caller / Customer support**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients, contractors, and suppliers to introduce our construction services and products.
- Handle inbound calls and respond to client inquiries about ongoing projects, products, and services.
- Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information.
- Follow up on leads generated through various marketing channels.
- Provide project details, price estimations, and respond to customer queries.
- Schedule appointments for site visits and meetings between clients and sales or technical teams.
- Ensure excellent customer service by addressing concerns and offering timely solutions.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets as assigned by the management.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to provide updates on client status and project requirements.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a telecaller or in a similar customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand construction-related products and services.
- Strong negotiation skills and a persuasive approach.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and meet targets.
- Fluency in [insert local languages] and English is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service or construction-related fields are a plus.
