We are looking for **Experienced (FEMALE)** to work as **Senior Business Development Executive - Facility & Security Management** to work with Gravity would be a turning point and you would get a good acceleration towards your career growth. We are a complete facility management solutions providing company with major players as our clientele. We are looking for entrusted people who want to work in a fast pace environment and have the ability to negotiating and closing Large value deals with B2B clients. A Go-getter attitude
- Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets
- Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives
- Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
- Assisting the team whenever required
- Assist the teams as required to monitor all competitors.
- Ensure Sales process discipline for self
- Ensure timely submission of all MIS reports
- Weekly review of the sales activity in the branch with corrective actions
- Generating leads and prospects
- Ensure all client agreements are signed before contract start-up date and handed over to planning & costing.

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

Qualification:
10th, 12th - (with 60% marks)

B.Tech + MBA (With 80% marks)

B.Sc + MBA (with 80% marks )

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- sector 96 Noida, Noida - 201303, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Master's (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 50% (preferred)

**Salary**: ₹360,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
