**Job Summary**

An Emergency Room (ER) Doctor is responsible for providing immediate medical care to patients in critical conditions in the Emergency Department. This role involves diagnosing, stabilizing, and managing acute medical issues, injuries, or life-threatening conditions while ensuring the highest level of patient care in a fast-paced environment.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Respond promptly to emergency cases and provide life-saving interventions.
- Assess patients' conditions through physical examinations, medical history reviews, and diagnostic tests.
- Stabilize patients with acute illnesses or injuries, including performing CPR, intubation, and other emergency procedures.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests like blood tests, imaging scans, and electrocardiograms.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including nurses, specialists, and paramedics, to ensure optimal patient care.
- Develop treatment plans and make decisions about hospital admissions, discharges, or referrals.
- Communicate with patients and their families about diagnoses, treatments, and prognosis.
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records of patients in compliance with hospital policies.
- Stay updated on the latest emergency medicine practices and protocols.
- Participate in regular training, simulations, and emergency preparedness drills.

**Qualifications**
- **Education**: MBBS or equivalent medical degree; postgraduate qualification in Emergency Medicine (MD/DM or equivalent) is preferred.
- **License**: Valid medical license and registration with the appropriate medical council.
- **Experience**: 1-3 years of experience in an emergency department or similar fast-paced medical setting is preferred.

**Skills Required**:

- Strong diagnostic and decision-making skills in high-pressure situations.
- Proficiency in emergency medical procedures and equipment use.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, families, and healthcare staff.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of legal and ethical issues in emergency medicine.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
