I Have Handling Injection Molding Machine Electricals & Mechanical Breakdown Maintenance

Preventive & Predictive Maintenance, Utility Maintenance.

Analysis of a Machine Failure. Machine Parameter Adjustment and Rectify the Machine Errors.

Service and Maintenance of Pneumatic Machines & Hydraulic.

Maintaining Plant Efficiency, Attend the Breakdown Maintenance.

Executing Of Preventive & Predictive Maintenance as Per Scheduled.

Working Knowledge in operation and maintenance of up to 33KV substation.

Working knowledge in operation and maintenance of Diesel engine generators up to 2250 KVA.

Working knowledge in operation of screw type Air compressors up to 250 KW, Chiller plants (Water cooled) respective control panels.

Working knowledge in operation and maintenance of online UPS up to 1000 KVA.

Working Knowledge in PLC Based control DG Synchronization Panels and LT Panels.

Working Knowledge in Hybrid Power Factor Control Panels Up to 450 KVAR Capacitor Bank and Active Harmonic Filters up to 600A.

Working Knowledge in Operation and Maintenance of LT Panels PCC, MCP, MPSB, MLSB, SSB, PDB, VTPNDB, LDB and HVAC Control Panels.

Attending of Troubleshooting jobs with using drawing for HT panels, LT Panels, VCB, ACB, UPS and HVAC Panels.

Reporting to our Superiors about daily Activities, Power Consumption details and any fault happened in site.

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹29,000.00 per month
