Experience: 2 - 3 years

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage all electrical engineering projects within the manufacturing plant.
- Ensure compliance with electrical standards and safety regulations.
- Plan, design, and implement electrical systems and components.
- Supervise the installation and maintenance of electrical systems and equipment.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure electrical requirements are met.
- Develop and manage the electrical department budget.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and implement corrective actions.
- Train and mentor electrical engineering staff.
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance to ensure optimal performance.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in electrical engineering, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of electrical standards and safety regulations.
- Experience in designing and implementing industrial electrical systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,623.76 - ₹20,000.00 per month
