**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate closely with the counseling team to share leads and relevant data.
- Maintain and organize lead databases to facilitate effective follow-ups.
- Assist in tracking and reporting on team performance metrics.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
- Support counselors in managing client interactions and inquiries.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategy discussions.
- Help identify opportunities for process improvements within the team.
- Stay updated on product offerings and industry trends to provide informed support.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Psychology, Education).
- Previous experience in counseling or a related role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with CRM software.Excellent command over Excel.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹350,000.00 per year
