**Responsibilities**:

- Perform general administrative duties, including answering phones, managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and making travel arrangements
- Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports
- Maintain filing systems, both physical and electronic, and ensure that documents are accurate and up-to-date
- Coordinate and organize meetings and events, both on-site and off-site
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents
- Communicate with other teams and departments within the company as needed to ensure smooth operations

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree a plus
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar administrative assistant role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision and be a proactive problem solver.
