Service Delivery Executive

Are you an organised, detail-oriented professional with a passion for delivering excellent customer service? Were looking for a **Service Delivery Executive** to play a key role in supporting the smooth operation of our End Point Assessment (EPA) service.
6 month fixed term contract opportunity
Our offices are based Bengaluru - 560103, Karnataka.
You will be required to come into the office every day for the first 3-4 weeks in the role.
You will then be able to work from home if preferred but you will need to come into the office when needed.
**About the role**:
- Ensure high-quality delivery of EPA services, including uploading results, checking evidence uploaded by customers meets regulatory requirements, managing certificates, troubleshooting errors, and supporting UK teams.
- Maintain and update data systems, like Excel trackers, while following and improving processes.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing advice, support, and training when needed.
- Monitor activities to meet quality standards and identify areas for improvement.
**About you**:
- Strong IT and Microsoft Office skills.
- Excellent planning, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail with a customer-focused, proactive mindset.
- Flexibility and adaptability to change.
Desirable Skills
- Experience improving processes and maintaining dashboards or trackers.
- Confidence in Excel and data reporting tools.
- Familiarity with delivering and monitoring key services.
