Job Summary:
As a Delivery Executive, you will be responsible for picking up food orders from our partner restaurants and delivering them to our customers in a timely and efficient manner. You will be the face of our company, interacting with customers and providing exceptional service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Pick up food orders from partner restaurants and deliver them to customers
- Ensure timely delivery of orders to meet customer expectations
- Interact with customers, respond to queries, and provide excellent customer service
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and feedback
- Follow traffic rules and regulations to ensure safe and efficient delivery
- Use our company's app and navigation system to optimize delivery routes
- Collaborate with our customer support team to resolve any issues or concerns
- Meet productivity and performance targets set by the company

**Requirements**:

- 2-wheeler vehicle with valid driving license
- Smartphone with internet connectivity
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Basic knowledge of navigation and traffic rules
- Availability to work part-time ( flexible hours)
