- **Procurement**
- To generate purchase order through ERP system as per requirements.
- Follow up with vendor for on time delivery.
- Coordinating with Cross functional team.
- Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices.
- To maintain all data as per the audit requirements
- Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage.
- Review quality of purchased products.
- **Import & Export**
- Procurement of raw material from international market.
- Development of alternative local sources for imported raw materials.
- Making & Issuance of Imported Purchase Order.
- Knowledge of Import & Export documentation and rules regulations.
- Knowledge of Inco terms for Import procurement.
- **Vendor Development**
- Research potential vendors.
- Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers.
- Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing.
- Documentation knowledge for vendor registration.
- Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating, and liaising with vendors)
- Alternate vendor development & Single source elimination.
- **Commercial**
- Hands-on knowledge of Zero-base costing
- Good knowledge of all procurement-related terms and conditions.
- Floating RFQ’s to vendors timely.
- To get in the negotiation Calls and work on the best possible price.
- To work on the Target Price by getting Best Possible rates from Suppliers
- Preparation of Quotation and Comparison as per the requirements.
- **Costing**
- Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses.
- Good technical and fundamental knowledge of Commodities.
- Item wise Cost saving analysis.
- Attend trade shows and exhibitions to stay up to date with industry trends.
- Cost reduction through different projects.
- Challenging respective team members for product costing/ alternate methods.
