Designation: Engineer - Purchase

Qualifications: Electrical / Mechanical Engineer (B.E / B Tech).

Experience: Minimum 2 years relevant experience

Package: Max. 3 Lakhs per annum CTC

Job Requirements & Responsibilities:
1. Purchasing:
a. Review, Approve, Co-ordinate Purchase requirements of Raw materials, Consumables, Capital goods, etc. as required for the operations of the company.

b. Maintain, Add and Modify Item Masters in SAP B1 according to the company norms and maintain the data and purchase history.

c. Approve purchase orders with full knowledge of the requirements and budgets in discussion with the senior management team.

d. Ensure stock according to the minimum stock requirements and within required time frame.

e. Evaluating Vendor Performance and completing Vendor Ratings according to required norms of the company.

2. Vendor Development / Sourcing:
a. Researching and Studying of Vendors according to the requirements and carrying ownership of vendor selection.

b. Drafting RFQ’s, Obtaining Quotes, Studying Capabilities and Negotiating Contracts etc.

c. Taking part in Supplier Audits along with the Quality team.

d. Development of new components within tight time lines.

a. Purchase Process Best Practices.

b. IATF 16949 related to the Purchasing processes.

c. Enterprise resource planning software (SAP B1 preferable)

d. Various Electrical, Mechanical, Electromechanical, Automation related components.

e. MIS reports using Microsoft Excel, Power Point etc.

4. Should be capable of:
a. Managing company drivers for scheduling local purchases.

c. Very good oral and written communication in English

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
