**Job description**

Shift Timings - US Shift (6:30 PM to 3:30 AM)
- Onsite requirement (Ongole,Guntur,Vijayawada coimbatore and Hyderabad )

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelors degree in IT or relevant degree
- 1+ years of related experience
- Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter or Recruiter
- Should have excellent communication, convincing and negotiation skills
- Excellent understanding of technology and associated technical skill sets
- Must possess excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Dynamic/Go getter/Smart/Energetic/Good Attitude/Willing to learn
- Highly organised, detail oriented and highly motivated

Key Responsibilities
- Oversight of full recruitment life cycle.
- Determine applicant qualifications by screening and interviewing applicants
- Develop strong awareness and understanding of the business and functional areas of responsibility to target and hire best talent

Must be proficient in recruiting techniques like Head Hunting, Calling, Networking Sites, Referrals, and Internet-Based recruiting Tools.

Ability to understand the technical requirements and submit consultants’ profiles on time.

Proven successful sales record in the U.S Staffing industry.

Must have good Negotiating skills in finalising rates/salary.

Sound knowledge of IT concepts and the latest trends.

Manage the entire life cycle of the recruitment process for clients in the US.

Work closely with the Recruiting leads and hiring managers.

Work on strategic global hiring programs.

Develop an action plan for recruiting the best fit for the organisation.

Procure people for different IT Requirements.

Personally conduct interviews, document the same, and report as the need arises.
