Required Experience – 2 Years & Above Roles & Responsibilities: ~2-4 years of experience as a US IT Recruiter. ~ Should have a good understanding of the trending IT skills in the market. ~ Strong experience in hiring OPT/CPT/H1B/GC/ USC candidates from Dice, Monster, Universities, Network, Social Networking sites, and other sources. ~ Strong experience in W2 & C2C Hiring. ~ Maintaining an active candidate's database. ~ Must have hands of experience in the hiring of all Visa types (US Citizen, GC, H1B, H4 EAD, OPT EAD, etc.,). ~ Screening the resumes maintaining a separate database and Following up with the candidates. ~ Ability to interact, develop candidates' networks. ~ Good Negotiation, Sourcing, and Networking Skills. ~ Coordinating the entire recruitment process till the consultant is on-boarding. ~ Soft skills- High degree of emotional intelligence, positive attitude, teamwork, and passion towards recruitment.
