**Key Responsibilities**:

- Drive vehicle sales to meet and exceed monthly targets
- Manage and mentor the showroom sales team
- Handle walk-in customers and ensure high conversion rates
- Prepare and execute local marketing and outreach campaigns
- Track leads, maintain CRM, and follow up diligently
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain EV features and benefits
- Coordinate with the service and delivery team to ensure smooth handovers
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
- Maintain excellent customer relationships and address concerns professionally
- Stay updated on EV trends, competitor models, and industry developments

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year experience in automobile or showroom sales
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Fluency in **Kannada, Hindi, and English**:

- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Knowledge of electric vehicles is a strong advantage
- Basic computer and MS Excel skills
