Patient Care Coordinator

2. Scheduling patient visits and answer questions, including billing and preparation
3. Ensuring services comply with state and federal regulatory requirements
4. Educate patients about their condition, medication, and give them specific instructions.
5. Treat patients with empathy and respect and conduct oneself in a professional manner.
6. Responsible to monitor and assist Health Checkups according to the protocol in co-ordination with respective departments.
7. Support and co-ordinate with staffs during special events.
8. Guide patients to their respective departments and educate about the available and not available services in the facility.
9. Clear all doubts of patients and uphold the hospital image.
10. Having good people skills and strong interpersonal communication skills.
11. Responsible for maintaining the desired image of a health care facility in the public eye.
12. As such, they must be knowledgeable about the internal workings of the facility and must also be aware of its strategic objectives.
13. Conduct camps and co-ordinate with the doctors for the same.
14. Contribute for the overall success of the hospital.
15. Check -in on the patient regualry and evaluate and document their progress
16. Report to Head of operations about the daily activities
17. He/She is responsible for adhering to the rules & regulations as well as the policies established by the management.
18. He/She is responsible for any other works given by the manager
**Salary**: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
