**DRAUGHTSMAN**

We are looking for a skilled Draughtsman with a minimum of 1 year of experience to join our team. In this role, you will play an essential part in the technical design phase of construction and engineering projects by creating detailed technical drawings and plans based on specifications provided by architects and engineers. Precision in CAD systems, knowledge of materials and design principles, and strong communication skills will be critical to effectively collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- **Technical Drawing Development**: You will interpret design specifications and calculations to create precise technical drawings for each project.
- **CAD and 3D Modeling**: You will use advanced CAD systems and 3D modeling tools to create accurate sketches and finalize technical plans that meet project specifications.
- **Project Team Collaboration**: You will work closely with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that all essential details and insights are incorporated into the drawings.
- **Quality and Precision Standards**: You will collaborate with the engineering team to prepare, review, and adjust technical drawings, maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.
- **Regulatory Compliance**: You will ensure all designs comply with regulatory requirements, safety codes, and industry standards.
- **Problem-Solving**: You will proactively identify and address design issues, providing practical solutions to avoid project delays.
- **Mentorship**: You will lead and support junior draftsmen, sharing knowledge and fostering professional growth within the team.

**KEY REQUIREMENTS**
- **Experience**: You should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, ideally within a construction or engineering environment.
- **Technical Proficiency**: You must be proficient in CAD software and 3D modeling tools, with a strong understanding of design principles and materials.
- **Attention to Detail**: You should have a proven ability to produce accurate technical drawings that strictly adhere to project specifications and minimize the need for revisions.
- **Regulatory Knowledge**: Familiarity with building regulations, safety standards, and industry best practices is essential to ensure compliance in technical drawings.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**: You should be capable of identifying and resolving potential design issues to prevent project delays or budget impacts.
- **Communication and Collaboration**: Strong communication skills are necessary to work effectively with architects, engineers, and other team members.
- **Time Management**: You should be able to meet project deadlines, respond to feedback efficiently, and make prompt design adjustments as needed.
- **Leadership Skills**: Experience mentoring or supporting junior draftsmen is preferred to promote a culture of knowledge sharing and professional growth.

**Salary**: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
