The ITI Draughtsman for VDM plays a crucial role in the verification, uploading, and management of all technical documents related to the company’s vessels. This position requires meticulous attention to detail and a high level of accuracy to ensure the integrity of the vessel’s documentation on the client site. The ITI Draughtsman is responsible for updating vessel particulars, managing document lists, verifying vessel parameters, and digitizing hard copy documents

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Carefully verify the authenticity and correctness of all documents received from vessels.
- Upload vessel drawings and manuals to the client site in line with the provided document list from vessels.
- Develop and maintain an organized list of vessel documentation, ensuring easy access and retrieval.
- Update and maintain vessel particulars based on the latest information received from VPQs.
- Diligently complete all tasks assigned by the team lead or management.
- Accurately verify vessel parameters by cross-referencing available drawings and documents.
- Efficiently scan hard copy vessel documents, ensuring high-quality digital versions for clients’s electronic records.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- Diploma or certification in mechanical drafting, preferably from an ITI (Industrial Training Institute).
- Proficiency in mechanical drafting software and tools.
- Exceptional attention to detail for verifying the authenticity and accuracy of technical documents.
- Experience in uploading, managing, and organizing technical documents, preferably in a marine or vessel context.
- Ability to scan hard copy documents and create high-quality digital versions.
- Strong skills in cross-referencing and verifying technical information against available drawings and documents.
- Ability to complete tasks as assigned by the team lead or management, demonstrating strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills to develop and maintain an organized list of vessel documentation for easy access and retrieval.

**Salary range** is 20,000 - 25,000.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
