**Job Role Office Assistant.**
**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Billing and Processing**:
- Prepare, review, and process invoices accurately and on time.
- Maintain records of payments and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding invoices.
- Coordinate with the finance team to address discrepancies or queries related to billing.
**2. Documentation**:
- Organize and maintain files, records, and other important documents.
- Ensure proper documentation for all transactions and maintain confidentiality.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and summaries as required.
**3. Client Relationship Management**:
- Serve as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing timely resolutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and trust.
- Coordinate with internal teams to meet client needs effectively.
**4. General Office Support**:
- Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and maintaining office supplies.
- Support other team members with various tasks as needed.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
**Diploma & equivalent experience as Office Assistant with minimum 2 years.**
Experience in billing, documentation, or client relationship management is preferred.
Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and billing software.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Morning shift
