Store Incharge

**Key Responsibilities:Store Operations**
- Manage daily store activities, including inventory handling and stock updates.
- Ensure the store is well-organized, clean, and customer-ready.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with management for replenishment.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, returns, and stock movements.

**Sales & Marketing**
- Achieve sales targets by actively promoting products and services.
- Conduct customer visits to build strong relationships and generate leads.
- Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities as needed.
- Provide product demonstrations to customers when required.

**Customer Service & Support**
- Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Visit customer sites to provide service support, if necessary.
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and follow-up service.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- **Education**: Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- **Experience**: Minimum **2 years of experience in Sales & Marketing**.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle customer concerns with professionalism.
- Willingness to travel for customer visits as needed.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
