Store Incharge

Key Responsibilities:Store Operations

• Manage daily store activities, including inventory handling and stock updates.
• Ensure the store is well-organized, clean, and customer-ready.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with management for replenishment.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, returns, and stock movements.

Sales & Marketing

• Achieve sales targets by actively promoting products and services.
• Conduct customer visits to build strong relationships and generate leads.
• Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities as needed.
• Provide product demonstrations to customers when required.

Customer Service & Support

• Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Visit customer sites to provide service support, if necessary.
• Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and follow-up service.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Education: Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales & Marketing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle customer concerns with professionalism.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, etc.).
• Willingness to travel for customer visits as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14, ₹20,000.00 per month
