**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in market research activities to identify potential customers, market trends, and competitor analysis to inform marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and advertisements.
- Help maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating promotional events, trade shows, and exhibitions.
- Provide administrative support to the marketing and sales departments, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing correspondence.
- Monitor and analyze marketing and sales performance metrics, generating reports and insights to optimize campaigns and strategies.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service to maintain positive relationships.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing and sales to contribute fresh ideas and insights.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisors or managers to support departmental goals and objectives.

**Qualifications**:

- **Diploma and B.E/B.Tech education**.
- Strong passion for marketing and sales with a desire to learn and grow in the field.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing tools and platforms is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
- Adaptability and willingness to take on new challenges in a dynamic work environment.
- Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
