We are hiring fora premier label branding solutions provider based in Ahmedabad, seeking a Sales and Marketing Executive. This is opportunity for freshers or individuals with up to 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development. As a Sales and Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in driving our business growth by acquiring new clients, building strong relationships, and implementing effective sales strategies.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Relationship Building**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- **Market Research**: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
- **Customer Service**: Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing and production teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- **Client Acquisition**: Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients and expand the customer base.
- **Training & Development**: Assist in training and developing new sales team members.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: 0-3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
- **Education**: MBA or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- **Sales Skills**: Proven track record in sales with strong sales management skills.
- **Industry Knowledge**: Knowledge of the label manufacturing industry is a plus.
