**Immediate Requirement for customer care executive 2 to 5 Years Experience**

Voice Process with handling customer queries about the customers banking/insurance accounts.

Gathering Information from the customers/Clients.

Evening and night shifts

Five-day working with rotational off

Excellent communication skills

**Should be a Graduate** 2 to 5 years BPO experience

Primary Responsibilities:
Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints. Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.

Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.

To manage Social media (Facebook, twitter) and App queries

To manage all daily tasks and duties related to the process with strict compliance to guidelines.

**Salary**: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
