A **Front Desk Representative** is a professional who plays a pivotal role in welcoming and assisting customers. Here are the key responsibilities and requirements:
**Responsibilities**:
- **Greeting and Welcoming Guests**: As the face of the company, you’ll greet visitors and create a positive first impression.
- **Answering Questions and Addressing Complaints**: You’ll handle inquiries, provide accurate information, and address any concerns.
- **Handling Incoming Calls**: Answer phone calls and either redirect them or take messages.
- **Managing Mail**: Receive and distribute letters and packages.
- **Office Supplies**: Monitor and order office supplies as needed.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain updated records and files.
- **Expense Monitoring**: Keep track of office expenses and costs.
- **Additional Duties**: You may be assigned other tasks like travel arrangements or scheduling.
Requirements and Skills:
- **Experience**: Proven experience as a front desk representative or in a similar position.
- **Office Machines**: Familiarity with office machines (e.g., fax, printer).
- **Office Management**: Basic knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping.
- **Language Skills**: Proficient in English (both oral and written).
- **MS Office**: Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
- **Communication**: Strong communication and people skills.
- **Organization**: Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to handle complaints and solve problems.
- **Customer Service Orientation**: A customer-oriented approach.
- **Education**: High School diploma; additional qualifications are a plus.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
