Deliver an efficient sales pitch through inbound and outbound calls and generate maximum site visits.
- To qualify leads as per the pre-defined parameters
- Educate customers on the current projects and book appointments for site visits and Aggressively and timely follow-up with prospective customers
- Effective and consistent use of lead management system
- Ensure adherence to call quality feedback from presales manager
- To achieve pre-defined daily TAT (inbound/outbound) as agreed with Pre Sales Manager
- To maintain pre-defined lead to site visit conversion target
- Cross sell as and when suitable for enquiries - inbound and outbound
- Ensure all relevant information captured in interaction with prospect customers to enable further strategy on follow up.
- Well aware of brand and usage of relevant collaterals for all leads

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
