Grow Medico, a healthcare marketing agency seeks a **Customer Success Manager (CSM)** to help manage and grow client relationships. This role is ideal for freshers with basic knowledge of digital marketing who are eager to learn and develop in the healthcare sector. Strong English communication skills are a must, and we will provide the necessary training on our digital marketing services and processes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Relationship Management**:
Build and nurture relationships with healthcare clients, ensuring they understand and benefit from our services.
- **Client Onboarding & Training**:
Assist in onboarding new healthcare clients and provide them with training on digital marketing tools and strategies.
- **Campaign Assistance**:
Support internal teams in managing healthcare marketing campaigns by providing updates and helping to optimize performance based on client needs.
- **Client Communication**:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and ensuring clear communication about project timelines, deliverables, and results.
- **Issue Resolution**:
Identify and address client concerns, coordinating with internal teams to resolve any issues that arise.
- **Regular Reporting**:
Assist in preparing reports on campaign performance, highlighting key metrics related to patient acquisition and ROI for healthcare clients.

**Key Qualifications**:

- **Basic Digital Marketing Knowledge**:
Familiarity with digital marketing concepts such as SEO, social media marketing, and paid ads is required, though training will be provided.
- **Strong English Skills**:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to explain complex ideas clearly and effectively.
- **Willingness to Learn**:
Enthusiasm to develop skills in digital marketing, client management, and healthcare marketing strategies.
- **Problem-Solving Abilities**:
A proactive mindset to handle challenges and client inquiries with confidence.
- **Educational Background**:
A degree in marketing, business, communications, or related fields is preferred but not required.
