The International Sales Representative at Zarnik is responsible for generating sales and expanding the company's customer base in international markets. **Responsibilities**
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions.
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and provide necessary information regarding products, pricing, and shipment details.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies and action plans for expanding the company's international customer base.
- Stay updated with industry trends and customer preferences to effectively position Zarnik's products in the market.
- Utilize basic negotiation skills to close sales deals and achieve sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up actions in the CRM software.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure smooth order processing, shipment, and delivery to international customers.
- Continuously strive to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and understanding of import/export regulations.

**Qualifications**
- A minimum of 2 years of work experience in sales, preferably in an international sales role.
- Bachelor's degree or MBA in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Knowledge of import/export regulations and international trade practices.

**Skills**
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport with customers and establish long-term relationships.
- Basic negotiation skills for closing sales deals.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
- Proficiency in conducting product presentations and delivering persuasive sales pitches.
- Fluency in English and Hindi languages.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, especially Linkedin, for networking and lead generation.
- Ability to adapt to different cultures and business practices while dealing with international customers.
