EXIM Logistics Pvt Ltd is seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Billing Executive to join our dynamic team in Angul. The Billing Executive will be responsible for managing all aspects of billing operations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company policies and procedures. This role requires excellent organizational skills, proficiency in financial software, and the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

**Responsibilities**:

- Generate invoices accurately and in a timely manner based on the services provided and contractual agreements.
- Verify and reconcile billing data to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Coordinate with various departments to obtain necessary information for billing purposes.
- Address billing discrepancies and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain up-to-date records of billing transactions and customer accounts.
- Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on overdue payments.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports related to billing and accounts receivable.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Stay informed about changes in billing processes, industry regulations, and technology updates.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvements and efficiency enhancements.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in billing, accounts receivable, or a similar role, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry.
- Familiarity with billing software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, Oracle).
- Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
- Knowledge of import/export documentation and logistics processes is a plus.
- Understanding of GST and other tax regulations related to billing.
- Prior experience in handling customer inquiries and resolving issues effectively.
- Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Certification in accounting or billing processes is advantageous.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
