We have an immediate requirement for the position of a Admission Counselor.

Admissions/Marketing Phone Calls and Follow Up: Personally making phone calls to prospective parents and existing parents. Follow up on database generated by online leads, admissions expos and website inquiries
- Should convert the prospective parent inquiries into admissions by counseling, follow up.
- Should be responsible for Handling outbound calls and Incoming calls and should be responsible in handling a team.
- Provide support in the procedure of admission.Clarify the doubts related to admission and school life in general.
- Manage the data of visitors and admissions on daily basis and have to arrange school tour for prospective parents.

**Required Experience and Qualifications**
- Should be good at MS - Office, Excel.
- Should be able to work with a Team.
- Should have excellent written and verbal communication skills and convincing power.
- Should be Service oriented attitude, flexible with school timings.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with others or in teams.
- Flexible, patient, creative.
- Should have excellent Problem solving skills, Tele-calling skills, soft skills & parent interaction.

**Experience **:Applicants must have at least 1+ years of relevant experience.
**Qualification **:Graduates with good communication.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Chettikulam, Nagercoil - 629004, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
