About Company Future Skill Park is a skill training institute affiliated by Govt of India Youth Employability Program under the Ministry of MSME run by National Skill Development Corporation NSDC Key Skills Qualifications Graduate in any stream Strong leadership Skill Strong communication skills Proven sales experience preferably in education or training sectors Strategic thinking and planning abilities Customer-oriented approach Analytical and problem-solving skills TWO YEARS OF MINIMUM EXPERIENCE IN TEAM HANDLING TELE SALES NEEDED A Senior Admission Counselor has the following job responsibilities Prospect Engagement Identify and reach out to prospective students through various channels such as phone calls emails social media and in-person visits Provide detailed information about the institute s programs courses admission requirements and benefits Application Support Assist prospective students with the application process ensuring all required documents are submitted accurately and on time Guide applicants through entrance exams interviews and other evaluation procedures Counseling and Guidance Conduct counseling sessions to understand students educational goals and recommend suitable programs Address queries and concerns related to admissions curriculum and career prospects Follow-up and Communication Maintain regular follow-up with applicants to nurture leads and improve conversion rates Keep prospective students informed about admission deadlines events and updates Data Management Maintain accurate records of prospective students applications and communication history Use CRM tools or databases to track progress and generate reports Event Coordination Assist in organizing open houses campus visits orientation sessions and promotional events Represent the institute at education fairs and community events Collaboration Work closely with marketing teams to develop strategies for student recruitment Coordinate with academic departments to understand program offerings and prerequisites Compliance and Documentation Ensure all admission procedures comply with institute policies and accreditation standards Prepare and verify admission documentation and records Continuous Learning Stay updated on institute programs industry trends and admission best practices Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Work Location In person
